At this time, GourmetPots.com can only ship to street addresses within the continental United States. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to addresses outside the continental U.S.
The GourmetPot grill is a unique product that requires special care during shipping. We take several steps during the packaging and shipping process to ensure each grill is packed securely and arrives free of damage.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Our GourmetPot grill / grill bundle will be shipped by DB Schenker Logistics, and $80 will be charged for the shipping of every GourmetPot grill / grill bundle.
• Accessories ordered with the grill will be shipped together by DB Schenker Logistics at no additional charges
• Accessories ordered separately will be shipped by UPS, and the shipping rates wull be calculated according to weight
Orders under 1.75 lbs: $4.99
Orders over 1.75 lbs: $9.99
Shipping Times
Once your order is placed, it will be processed, packaged and shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received after 1pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. Once shipped, the product should arrive within 10 working days.
*Please note that any shipping times stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We strive to deliver all products within 12 working days, but we are not responsible for varied shipping times or delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
Acceptance of Packages
A signature of acceptance is required upon the product's arrival. This policy is in place to ensure that your ordered product will arrive safely and directly to your possession. We ask that you provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information for the delivery. If a product is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
Tips for Accepting Packages
GourmetPot grills are carefully secured and shrink-wrapped by our staff before delivery. We always inspect the product before shipping to ensure the grill does not have any superficial damage. In some cases, however, damage can occur during shipping. To ensure you receive the grill without damage, we strongly recommend following the steps below.
A signature of acceptance is required upon the product's arrival. It is the responsibility of the person who receives the package to examine the contents prior to signing for its acceptance.
1.Examine the grill
a. Before signing for the package, tear or cut the shrink wrap off to examine the grill for superficial damage.
b. The grill is packed in clear plastic that you can see through. If you cannot, tear off the plastic package.
c. Examine the following parts:
i. The outside packaging
ii. The grill's hinge and the surrounding surfaces
iii. The grill's lid and base
* If the driver does not allow you to examine the grill from the outside, please make a note on the acceptance form (i.e. “The driver did not allow me to examine the grill”). You should then immediately check the grill and report any damage to the carrier and to GourmetPots.com.
2. Look for damage
We strongly recommend inspecting the base of the grill to look for damage that may have occurred during shipment.
Look for visible cracks, large scratches or any other major damage.
3. If damage is found
If you see any minor scratches, please make a note on the acceptance form when you sign for the package.
If you find any substantial damage, refuse the delivery and contact GourmetPots.com immediately.
If you find damage upon inspection but do not note it on the acceptance form, you legally acknowledge that you have received your order in good condition.
If the driver does not allow thorough inspection of the grill, and additional damage is discovered after signing for the package, please contact GourmetPots.com immediately.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you authorize the shipping company to leave the package without a signature, GourmetPots.com will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur during delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product status upon arrival and inform us of any problem or damage within 3 days of receiving your order.
After the damage found upon arrival is confirmed by GourmetPots.com, a full refund will be issued or a free replacement will be sent to you. If you did not report the damage within 3 days of receipt, GourmetPots.com could only deal with the problem according to the Warranty policy.
