What is the Return Policy?
GourmetPots.com is committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, if for any reason you wish to return the product(s) you have purchased, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
• Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to acquire the return shipping address, as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Returned items MUST be shipped with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• All returned products must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received
• Products must be packaged with proper care - GourmetPots.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping (a trackable shipping method is recommended)
How can I return an item?
A full and complete refund (including shipping costs) will be issued or a free replacement will be sent to the customer ONLY for shipping/manufacturing errors made by GourmetPots.com.
• If the product is found to be damaged upon arrival, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt
• Photographic evidence of the condition of the product you are returning is required (please send to service@gourmetPots.com)
• After confirmation of photographic evidence is received, the customer must prepay for return shipping
• If the damage is confirmed, the customer will receive a full refund or a free replacement once the product has been received and inspected
• If the returned product is found to be in working condition, the customer will be charged for the return shipment to the original shipping address
A partial refund (minus shipping costs) may be issued for unwanted or undamaged grills.
• Item(s) must be returned within 90 days of original purchase
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee
• A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the product refund
What do I need to include with my return?
For all returns, please include and/or attach:
• Proof of purchase
• Order Number, Product Code/Product Name
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited through the original method of payment after the returned grill is received. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.
