Returns

We apply different policies to different situations:

A full refund will be issued ONLY for shipping/manufacturing errors made by us. If the product is found to be damaged upon arrival, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

A partial refund may be issued for unwanted or undamaged grills returned within 90 days of original purchase.

Warranty

GourmetPots.com warrants that GourmetPot accessories sold are free of defects during normal use for one year, metal components free of defects during normal use for five years, and ceramic parts free of defects during normal use for ten years.
