Q6: Will the exterior of my GourmetPot get hot during grilling?
A:During grilling, when the inside temperature of GourmetPot reaches the highest point, it will be too hot to touch the exterior surface. We have take certain measures and made the glazed exterior uneven to lessen the scald damage after touching the exterior. But for the safety and you and your family, please do not touch the surface of GourmetPot during grilling.
After you enjoy the grilling and decide to go back home, you can just pour cold water onto the exterior, which will help GourmetPot to cool much faster.
Q7: The thermometer of GourmetPot does not read zero. Is there anything wrong?
A: No. It is probably because the thermometer is reading the air temperature inside GourmetPot.
Q8: My GourmetPot has tiny spider-web looking cracks on the outside glaze. Is there anything wrong?
A: No. This is a natural occurrence in glazed ceramic, which is officially named "Crazing".
Q9: Are replacement parts available for my GourmetPot?

B. If accessories are ordered separately, the packing and the shipping rates will be charged according to the weight of the order: $4.99 for orders weighed under 1.75 lbs; $9.99 for orders weighed over 1.75 lbs.

For the defect discovered in the applicable warranty period of one year, the defective grill, grill component or accessories can be replaced with no cost. And for the defect discovered beyond the applicable warranty period, customers will have to pay for the replacement of the originally ordered grill, the grill component or the accessories. Q18: How long is your warranty period?
Gourmetpots.com warrants that GourmetPot accessories sold are free of defects during normal use for one year, metal components free of defects during normal use for five years, and ceramic parts free of defects during normal use for ten years (Manufacturer’ s Warranties). Warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase and covers only the original purchaser.
